Fakemon 2018 - Ancestral Lapras

Before I head to bed...a double whammy of rather different interpretations to your favorite Pokemon! 

First of all, this being a gift to ! This is her creation, and the original is over here! 

Been wanting to do this one for a while, so glad to have finally gotten to it! ^^

Still....now that I think about it, I may have made its head too big. XD

Ancestral Lapras
The Fierce Tooth Pokemon
Water/Dark

Ability: Pressure (Anger Point)

Region: Prehistoric Johto (Pokemon AncientPower)

POKEDEX:
1) Its merciless savagery led it to attack anything that could or could not fit in its mouth. Even including its own offspring.

2) This tyrant of the oceans had preyed on its smaller, gentler, longer-necked cousin, but were ultimately outlived by them.

CAUSE OF EXTINCTION: This Pokemon is exclusively built as an obligate carnivore, and cannot sustain itself on small foodstuffs. As waters grew colder, the marine reptiles and giant fish that it preyed on were either dying out, or moving into colder waters. This Ancestral Lapras was starved into extinction, while the smaller subspecies we know today had developed a diet for fish, krill, and jellyfish, allowing them to live into the present day.
